Responsible for food production of hot food items for Cafeteria, Doctors dining and Catering food services. Includes food preparation, cooking, portioning and serving of all items from the menu cycle. One year recent experience as a production cook in a high volume hospital required; proficient in all basic food service safety and sanitation standards; knowledge of modified diets preferred. |
