Cleans dishes, glassware, silverware and pots/pans by hand or machine. Receives dishware from dining and patient rooms. Performs a variety of duties such as: working beverage station on trayline, delivering meal carts to patient floors, cleaning work area and equipment, and emptying trash. Reports to the Food Service Manager/Chef. Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum Experience: Prior experience in a health care setting desirable. Other: Able to read, write, and follow written and oral directions in English. |
