Complete Description
Under the direct supervision of the Maternal Child Health Director of Nursing service, the Charge Nurse assists the Director in assuring quality of patient care in the Birthing Center, the effective supervision and coordination of the operational activities related to the safe and effective delivery of patient care. This position provides antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care to females of childbearing age and their fetus/infant. This position provided direct patient care to neonate, adolescent and adult patient populations. Minimum Experience: 1 year experience preferred. Required Certification/Registration: Current CA RN license, BCLS, ACLS, NRP.
