Coastal Communities Hospital, a community-based, 178-bed, acute care facility, located in So. Calif's desirable Orange County, has been serving the people of Santa Ana, CA & its surrounding communities since 1973.

Answer phones, maintain forms in correct sequence per policy while integrating loose reports to appropriate locatin per filing.  Performs quantitative review of patient records to ensure consistency and completeness.  Accurately inputs physician documentation requirements in Softmed.  Retrieves incomplete records for physician completion.  Previous experience in Analysis and Assembly.  Has good communication skills with all team members.  Knowledge of Joint Commission and Title 22 requirements.  Assist in Physician area as needed.  Pick up process discharges.  High School Diploma preferred and at least one year experience in a hospital setting.  Knowledge of Microsoft and type 40 WPM.
